Weekend Update.

Hey guys its your favorite every now and then blogger. I wanted to post on here to let everyone know of 2 recent developments in the wonderful world of Jordan Nicholas.

First, i met my first weight goal almost a month ago. for the first time in many years i am under 200 pounds and loving it. Ive spent the past 3 weeks seeing if i could maintain it which after my weigh in today i can tell you that I CAN! So tomorrow i will be starting my diet again to hit my final goal weight, wish me luck.

Second, and this one is big. Im quiting smoking. Yes i know how horrible it is for you and all the reasons i need to quit, but i also know how hard this will be. Everyone in my life smokes for the most part so this will not be easy. I mean you dont get the addiction until you have it. and this is one i want rid of. So as i sit here typing this with my Nicotine gum at my side, i hope for the best.

Thanks for reading still. Sorry i suck at life and never post. Fred misses you all dearly!

Jordan.

  1. Babe, you hardly "suck at life". You might suck at blogging...LOL

Very proud of your weight loss and yes you do look amazing! And really proud that you are quitting smoking. It really isn't that hard, and you can do it. Nicotine gum won't help, you still have nicotine in your body thus causing you to crave cigs. Just quit. Put them down. You are more addicted to the habit than you are anything else. Trust me, I know this for a fact.

I'm with you on this. You jump, I jump. Let's both take a leap into a healthy and long life shall we? I love you!!!

And I cannot picture you heavy. I guess since all the pics I've seen, you're not in any of them. But congrats on your weight loss too! Two huge goals accomplished! You should be extremely proud of yourself!

  6. Good for you! I'm so thrilled that you've accomplished your weight goal and now you're heading into another goal accomplished. I'm with your mom on the nicotine gum...just get some cinnamon toothpicks and keep those handy during the urges. (This is coming from someone that has never smoked but I hear it works.) Plus, tell yourself that the hot babes don't like hugging up to you when you smell like an ashtray! Great incentive, right???

  7. That's great, Jordan! Cigarettes seem like such a hard habit to kick, and you're right--it's probably the worst thing you can do. Best of luck to you! XOXO

  8. Everyone in my life smokes too, but as of today I'm 2 years one month smoke free. It's not easy, but it's not impossible either, best of luck.

  11. You look great, boy! Ditto on what your mom said about cold turkey -- it's the only way to kick anything. Camp Steward is always here if you can't do it on your own.....give my love to Fred, you sick puppy! Love, Aunty Quarter (my price has gone up!)

  12. CONGRATS from this side of the pond. So very well done!
I quit smoking 3 months ago and I never looked back. Existed on carotts and choc for a while. Put on 5kg and learnt that smoking burns daily up to 500calories. Oh well, I keep my fingers crossed for the quitting, could u do the same for my weight loss? Thanks and hugs to you
